Hands On Tincture Making Workshop

In this workshop we will have a virtual classroom-style workshop to learn about tincture making. You will need:

• a dedicated space to craft your tincture
• a pint ball jar or glass jar of equivalent size with a snug fitting lid
• fresh or dried herb (enough to fill half the jar if dried, or the full jar if fresh)
• 80 proof alcohol of your choice (can be higher proof, but not lower). If alcohol is off limits for you, you can use raw apple cider vinegar
• a sharpie

We will walk through the steps of tincture making together. You can ask all of your questions, and at the end of class, you will have a tincture for your own use! If you need help sourcing or choosing an herb, please let me know. 

This is the first workshop in a series of medicine-making workshops that will continue throughout the year. 

You will also receive the recording of the class for you to reference, along with a handout with definitions and step by step instructions to reinforce the demonstrations you will receive in class.
